Disappointed by mismatch in software expectations
I was hopeful that the WFHI software would fit the remote workflow needs I anticipated, but it didn’t quite align with what I expected. The interface was more complex than I initially understood, causing frustration in navigating the database features and dialer. Access issues cropped up more than I thought, sometimes making it hard to start calls promptly. The onboarding process offered training, but I still felt unprepared for the realities of using the calling tools daily. Though the support team was reachable over the phone, it felt reactive rather than proactive, which added to my frustration during troubleshooting. I also noticed some automatic updates changed elements unexpectedly, which was a bit unsettling. A minor concern was the payment process, which was overall clear but took longer than I anticipated to finalize account activation. While I can see potential for others, for me, the software’s complexity and experience didn’t match the initial expectations I’d formed.
