didnt expect the onboarding repetitive bits
So I started the training thinking it would be mostly straightforward stuff but then I realized I had to repeat a couple steps to lock in my preferences, which was a bit tiring. The waiting times between modules felt minimal though, which was good because I don’t have much patience lol. What really stood out was the way the system guides you through the dialer setup – it’s pretty hands-on and made me feel ready to use it in real time. Overall, the onboarding had a few pauses that slowed me down, but the repetition helped make sure I was confident before moving on. The calls and database features were introduced bit by bit, so I never felt overwhelmed. The whole vibe was casual but organized, and by the time I reached the last training part, I felt pretty solid about navigating the software. I think it’s cool how they balance detail without dragging it out too much, which isn't always easy to do.
