Didn’t really get the point of training labels

I struggled quite a bit with the training and onboarding materials simply because the way things were labeled didn’t make much sense to me. The words used in menus and instructions seemed disconnected from the actual tasks I was trying to perform. It was frustrating because I wanted to get going quickly, but the unclear wording meant I had to guess or look around in the software to understand what was what. I called support a few times, but even then, it took a while to clarify the terms and functions. The dialer and database features also felt complicated without proper explanations. Signing up and paying was the only part that was straightforward, with clear invoices and no confusion. In the end, I didn’t reach a moment when everything clicked; the language used in the training just didn’t match my understanding, so I couldn’t confidently proceed. It’s like the training expects a prior familiarity that I didn’t have, making the whole process harder than I thought it should be.
