Didn’t really expect phone support to be this helpful!
Honestly, I kinda went into it with low expectations about the support and communication with WFHI's team, assuming it would be just passable. But talking to their telephonic support turned out pretty surprising. They were patient enough when I messed up a step in the onboarding flow and got me back on track without making me feel rushed or dumb, which was cool. The automatic updates rolled out without causing any hiccups that I noticed, so that gave me some confidence the software is well-maintained. What caught me off guard the most was that the dialer and calling tools felt pretty seamless and didn’t lag or drop calls during my week of use, which is something I wasn’t expecting given how some platforms struggle here. My only gripe would be the invoicing process; it was mostly smooth, but I think a little more clarity on payment deadlines upfront could help newcomers like me avoid that awkward moment of double-checking. Still, by the end of the week, I felt confident handling the database feature and navigating the software itself. Support calls gave me a nice boost of assurance, and I’m fairly certain I’ll be able to manage workflows on my own moving forward. So yeah, a solid experience overall, with just a minor quibble on the payment info clarity front.
