I expected a fairly seamless software experience when I signed up, but I found the access setup to be a bit more clunky than I anticipated. Getting logged in and navigating the main dashboard was okay, but some of the promised features didn’t work right away or seemed buggy. On the positive side, when I reached out for help, the response was decent and not too slow. Despite that, the initial experience was somewhat disappointing because it didn't feel like it matched the marketing or what I’d hoped for after the training previews. Overall, I felt a bit let down by the software access stage.
