Didn’t quite match the hours I actually work

I was expecting the software and its workflows to align well with my actual work hours, but I found some disconnects as I started using it more regularly. The calling tools and dialer seemed designed around a typical 9-to-5 window, but my peak productivity happens at different times, which meant I had to adjust my schedule unnaturally or miss certain software features that locked in during default settings. The database updating was decent but sometimes lagged behind my real-time needs. The training didn’t prepare me fully for these timing issues, which was frustrating. On the plus side, the sign-up and invoicing processes were pretty smooth and responsive. Also, the automatic updates didn’t interfere too much with my workflow, so at least that aspect was okay. When I spoke to support about these timing concerns, they acknowledged the problem but couldn’t offer immediate fixes. Overall, I’d say if your work hours align with standard office times, this will be fine, but otherwise, it might feel restrictive. To explain it to a friend, I’d just say it’s not quite made for flexible schedules like mine.
