Didn’t quite get it until the first call froze
When I first signed up to use the WFHI software, I had high hopes that it would be a straightforward solution for managing remote calls and client databases. Unfortunately, the moment it clicked for me was actually when my first call suddenly froze midway. At that point, I realized that the software wasn’t matching my expectations at all. The dialer was unresponsive and the interface confusing, with features acting oddly compared to what I thought I’d signed up for. I struggled to figure out how to navigate the database and found the automatic updates disruptive rather than helpful. Though I tried to use the training materials, they didn’t clear up my doubts enough, leaving me frustrated. Customer support’s telephonic assistance was slow and unhelpful in handling the technical issues I faced. Payment and signup process was standard, but that did little to ease my disappointment with the experience. Overall, the software did not work for me as expected and that initial freeze was the moment I knew this wasn’t going to be a good fit.
