Didn’t quite click because of repeats and wait times

The WFHI software had potential but I honestly found the experience a bit tiring due to a fair amount of repetition involved when navigating between features. For instance, the calling tool seemed to require multiple steps to access the same functions repeatedly, which slowed me down. At times I also found myself waiting unexpectedly for updates to load or refresh before I could continue my work, which chipped away at my overall productivity. I tried to get a clearer picture by reaching out via telephonic support, but even there I sensed slight delays in response times that made the situation less seamless. On the plus side, the sign-up and payment process was straightforward enough without causing headaches. Despite that, the ongoing waits and redundancies made me unsure whether the software would be a good long-term fit. I was hoping for smoother interaction and less repeated input because that was what didn’t truly click with me while using WFHI’s platform.
