Didn’t meet my expectations

Honestly, the whole sales and pre-purchase experience didn’t match up with what I was expecting. The information I received before signing up was somewhat vague, and the software capabilities seemed more limited in reality. I was hopeful from the start, but after trying to get through onboarding and testing the tools, it just didn’t fit my needs. The promises made about ease of use and support didn’t really materialize in my case. The calling tools were buggy, and I found the database clunky. Overall, the product felt overhyped given my experience. It’s clear now that I should have researched more before committing. I probably won’t use this platform again.
