Didn’t meet expectations at all
I had pretty high hopes going into WFHI, but it just didn’t work out the way I expected. The onboarding process was confusing, which was frustrating right from the start. I remember waiting on a call with support because I couldn’t figure out the dialer setup, but unfortunately, that call never happened. From there, things didn’t improve much. The database felt clunky and didn’t sync well with my existing workflow, which made using the software harder than it should have been. Updates seemed to cause more issues than fixes, and I often found myself wondering if the software was actually improving. The payment process also left me scratching my head at times – invoices didn’t always match what I thought I was signing up for, leading to some awkward conversations with billing. Overall, the software and training didn’t live up to what I was looking for, and I ended up feeling pretty let down. It might work better for others, but for me, it just missed the mark and didn’t fit with how I wanted to work remotely. I was hoping for something streamlined and intuitive, but instead I got a lot of hassle and unanswered questions.
