Didn’t make much sense to me, honestly

I went into the platform hoping the labels and wording would make it easy to navigate and understand what was what, but I was mostly confused throughout. The terms used in the dashboard were not very intuitive, like I couldn’t tell immediately which button would start a call, and which would log it. The database section was particularly frustrating because the labels didn’t clearly explain what data they meant, and I kept second-guessing which category I was editing. Maybe the only thing I can say that was okay was the automatic update notifications—they at least let me know when something changed, even if it wasn't clear how to use the new features. I think someone with more technical background might find the terms more familiar, but for someone to approach this without much experience, the wording felt like a barrier. I tried calling their support line, hoping to clarify, but even then the technical terms weren’t explained well. The sign-up process itself was straightforward, but once inside the software, the language didn't make it easier to get started. To sum up, I probably wouldn’t recommend this to a complete beginner because the labels and wording didn’t help me make sense of things.
