Didn't get the labels at all till the last step

Throughout the sales and pre-purchase experience, I found the wording on the portal pretty confusing. The labels for different features and packages didn’t make a lot of sense to me, and sometimes I wasn’t sure what exactly I was agreeing to when signing up. The steps seemed random, and the descriptions were vague, which made it hard to figure out what was included in the software and training. I tried to ask the telephonic support, but their explanations didn’t clear much up either. It felt like jumping between words that sounded technical but didn’t mean much in real terms. The invoice and payment sections were slightly better, at least those had clearer categories. It was only towards the last step of the signup that some of the labels finally clicked and things aligned in my head. Until then, I was mostly guessing what I was choosing. The overall lack of clear naming made me hesitate and it was frustrating. A better labeling system would have made the whole process quicker and more transparent.
