didn’t get the help needed, ended up fixing stuff myself
I reached out to support when some features weren’t working as expected during onboarding, hoping for quick assistance. But the response was slow and the guidance didn’t fully solve the problem. While they tried to explain things over the phone, the instructions seemed generic and didn’t address the specific issue with the dialer integration. I found myself repeating steps that didn’t help and waiting on hold multiple times without much progress. The automatic updates didn’t fix the glitches either, so I had to troubleshoot most problems on my own. Eventually, I managed to get the system running, but without much help from support. So in the end, the outcome was that I got started, but the experience wasn’t smooth or reassuring at all. It felt like I couldn’t rely on the support when things went wrong, which isn’t what you want when using new software like this.
