Didn’t find the sign-up and onboarding steps logical

I approached the sign-up process with hope, expecting a clear, stepwise progression but unfortunately, the sequence felt jumbled and somewhat illogical. Each step seemed disconnected from the last, making it difficult to understand why certain pieces of information were sought immediately after unrelated ones. For instance, before I had a chance to familiarize myself with the training or the database, I was prompted repeatedly to fill invoicing details that seemed premature given my knowledge level at that point. This disjointed approach increased the overall frustration and slowed me down considerably. While the software itself later showed promise, the initial sequence of getting started definitely needs improvement. There was also a small reservation I had regarding the language used in some of the guides, which felt a bit too technical without prior explanation, adding to the confusion. Due to these factors, I found the entire sales and onboarding experience disorganized and not intuitive, which dampened my initial enthusiasm rather significantly.
