didn’t expect training to become part of the daily routine
Honestly, I wasn’t expecting to keep relying on the training materials after the initial onboarding week, but that’s exactly what happened. Day after day, it felt like the software’s features were deep enough that I needed to reference the tutorials regularly to remember the steps, especially the calling tools and the dialer. The database feature fitted my needs okay, though sometimes syncing contacts took longer than I liked. Automatic updates rolled out pretty smoothly but did throw in the odd surprise with small interface changes. I found invoicing and payment straightforward enough from the start which was a relief. Telephonic support was quite helpful but I didn’t talk to them often; mostly I felt confident experimenting on my own over time. What surprised me most was how the training became less of a one-time event and more of a resource I used day to day as the software’s capabilities unfolded slowly with use.
