Didn't expect to do so much by myself
Initially, I thought the support system at WFHI would guide me through every single hiccup during the setup, but honestly, what surprised me most was how much I had to figure out on my own. For instance, when the dialer stopped working properly, I assumed that a quick call to support would get it fixed immediately. However, I mostly got generic advice and was encouraged to check the FAQ sections instead. There was one occasion when someone did walk me through a fix, which was helpful, but that felt more like an exception. Throughout the process, I ended up spending considerable time troubleshooting and watching tutorials without direct assistance. Most replies felt automated or slow, and sometimes I wasn’t even sure if the support person understood my exact problem. This lack of customized help made the onboarding more challenging than expected. While the software itself works decently when properly configured, the communication from support felt lacking and passed a lot of responsibility back to me. I can't pinpoint other specific moments of good or bad assistance aside from the one time mentioned, which is why my experience was mostly mediocre. I know remote workflows can be complicated, but I think clearer, more practical support with quicker follow-ups would have saved me quite a bit of time. Instead, I found myself continuously trying to solve problems rather than having them resolved on my behalf, which caught me off guard.
