Didn’t expect the hours mismatch
When I first signed up, I thought the hours for which the platform was active and useful in managing calls would align fairly well with the ones I actually work. That was mostly surprising because the dialer and the calling tools seemed tuned towards a different window of hours. It meant that in some parts of my working day, the software wasn’t as responsive or as smooth as I anticipated. Loading times sometimes took longer during the hours I usually preferred. On the plus side, the onboarding flow was quite straightforward, and I didn’t have much trouble setting up the database with my contacts. Automatic updates happened quietly without interrupting my workflow, which is a small comfort. Still, a tool like this needs to fit smoothly into the exact hours when you’re most active, and I felt that was missed here by a little margin. Otherwise, the sign-up and invoicing process went without fuss, and the telephonic support was adequate but nothing especially reassuring. Overall, I was left a bit underwhelmed because the software didn’t quite mesh with my time patterns as expected.
