didn't expect so much waiting around

I was surprised how much repetition was involved during the training sessions. I had to go over the same material a few times because of the pacing. Also, there was unexpected waiting between the onboarding steps, which made the whole process drag out longer than I thought it would. On a positive note, the training content itself was solid and clear once it got going. I liked the dialer explanations in particular, though. However, the gaps and redundancies made it feel inefficient overall, which was frustrating given I was eager to get the hang of the software quickly. So it was mostly okay but disappointing because it could have been smoother.
