But this whole experience was pleasantly surprising. The sign-up was simple, with clear payment steps that didn’t feel like a hassle at all. Their onboarding flow actually made sense and wasn’t just a bunch of repeated info like you sometimes get stuck in. I especially liked how the calling tools and dialer are integrated so that you don’t have to jump between too many different tabs or windows. The database feature was actually pretty handy and things like automatic updates just happened without any disruption, which was a relief. While I was expecting delays and lots of back and forth with support, the telephonic assistance was pretty quick and polite. Overall, it felt like what they promised before buying more or less matched what I got.
