didn’t expect it to be this clunky honestly
I was hoping the software would match the smoothness and ease advertised but it really didn’t deliver that for me. From the start, logging in was complicated with unclear prompts and the dashboard layout was confusing. I expected something more intuitive and quick-access, especially for the calling tools and database sections. What surprised me was how slow the automatic updates were to reflect and how buggy the dialer sometimes felt. It kind of threw me off each time I tried to finish a simple task. I was really excited to use the training and software but it turned out frustrating instead, not what I had in mind when I signed up.
