Didn't expect it to be this clear but it really was
So, I initially expected the software access and the features to be a bit overwhelming because usually these kinds of tools tend to throw a lot at you with minimal explanations. But honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by how clearly everything was laid out. I remember messaging one of my friends saying, "Hey, the database feature actually makes sense now," Which I never thought I'd say. The call dialer came with straightforward prompts that didn't leave me guessing what to do next. That said, there were a few places in the training where I felt like a bit more detail would have been handy, maybe a tiny extra example or something. But overall, the way the onboarding explained things made it easy to get started quickly without needing to dig around too much. It's nice to see such clarity, especially since I'd been expecting something much more complicated from the word go. I probably would recommend it to others mainly for how simple they made those tricky features.
