Didn’t expect I had to figure out so much on my own
When I first heard about WorkFromHomeIndia, I expected the sales and pre-purchase info to be pretty detailed and user-friendly. But once I actually started exploring, I quickly realized I had to work out quite a bit by myself to understand the offerings fully. The website had some basic explanations, but it left many important points ambiguous, so I ended up spending a lot of time just trying to piece things together, especially around how the automatic updates would impact my workflow and how the billing was structured. The sign-up process too was simple on the surface but had several subtle steps that required trial and error. I guess the part that surprised me most was that the training resources and support didn’t really kick in until after purchase, so I had to trust my own judgment more than I’d like. In the end, while I appreciated the functions once I got going, I feel like if the sales info was a bit more comprehensive upfront, it would have saved me a lot of time and second-guessing. I often find myself circling back to this point, realizing the initial stage was definitely the biggest surprise.
