didn’t expect how easy onboarding would be, but few surprises

I went into the wfhi process expecting a pretty standard setup experience, and mostly that’s what it was. The signup and initial invoicing were exactly what I expected without any confusion or delay. Where it caught me off guard was in the training and use of the dialer — honestly I thought it would be more complicated to get comfortable with. It has a straightforward flow, though sometimes the database integration felt a bit slow in response, which was kind of surprising given the modern interface. I appreciated how the automatic updates happened quietly without interrupting my calls or workflow too much, that was a nice surprise since some systems tend to be disruptive. Telephonic support was helpful when I reached out, but I didn’t find myself needing them often after the first few days. Overall, it matched what I expected in sign-up, payment, and training except for some small quirks in the software speed and occasional interface lag that I hadn’t anticipated. Still, the process worked smoothly enough that I’ve been able to keep using it without major issues. The mix of easy and a few unexpected nuances made it a pretty balanced experience, not flawless but reliable enough for my purposes so far.
