Didn’t exactly get off the ground quickly, but not total loss either
While the sales and pre-purchase phase took longer than I had hoped, I don't completely regret the wait. Initially, communication was slow and getting clear info about the software features required multiple contacts, which really tested my patience. On the plus side, once I passed that phase and actually signed up, the onboarding and access process became smoother and more efficient than anticipated. The training sessions were quite helpful and involved, though I was surprised at some of the automatic updates happening without much notice, which threw me off for a bit. So, although the initial delay did push back my getting started, it was not all negative. It just means that for people who want an instant jump into software use, this might feel slow. However, if you’re willing to invest the time at the very start, the system does equip you well. For me, the mixed timing meant I finally got some solid training but after waiting longer than I would prefer.
