I had expected a reasonably quick start with this software and onboarding process, but the reality was very different. It took far too long to get even a basic workflow up and running, and the instructions were not as clear as I hoped. The dialer feature especially did not respond as expected during the initial phase, which only added to my frustration. Although there were automatic updates, they seemed to introduce more confusion rather than improvements, and I did not receive timely telephonic support that could have helped clarify some of these issues. Signing up and dealing with invoices was an entirely separate hassle; invoices arrived late and payments were difficult to track. Overall, the whole experience felt inefficient and disappointing, especially when compared to what I anticipated going in. I cannot recommend this software based on my experience because the delays and difficulties seriously hampered my setup process and discouraged me from continuing.
