Did not find what I was looking for
Before purchasing, I really wanted to understand the details about how the software handles remote workflows and what exactly I would be able to do after signing up. Unfortunately, it was quite difficult to find clear and accessible information about the specific features included or how training sessions were structured before I bought anything. The website felt a bit cluttered and the sales team didn’t provide straightforward answers quickly, which made it hard to decide whether this investment was right for me. Because of that, I felt uncertain and frustrated while trying to figure out if the product would really suit my needs. This caused me to hesitate and eventually I chose not to proceed further since I couldn’t get the clarity needed to make an informed decision.
