Did it meet expectations? Verdict: mixed

I went into this WFHI software and training with some clear ideas of what I wanted and generally what I should expect from a remote workflow platform. The sales and pre-purchase stages were somewhat standard, if not a bit underwhelming. Not much interaction or detail was given upfront, which I found a bit lacking since I prefer a more consultative approach. When I started using the software, some parts of the database feature worked as I hoped; the integration was smooth and fairly reliable, and the calling tool didn't give me much trouble initially. But then the dialer had some glitches that slowed me down on busy days, and the automatic updates sometimes reset my settings unexpectedly. The training materials covered the basics but felt a bit generic and didn't fully address the nuances I wanted guidance on. Customer support was okay when I finally got through, though I had to repeat my issues a couple of times. The sign-up and payment process was straightforward enough, which was a positive. Overall, it’s not exactly a failure, but also not as smooth or helpful as I’d hoped. It mostly met expectations with some clear ups and downs. So, in short, it’s not perfect and I’m somewhat skeptical about jumping back in without a clearer idea of improvements. I guess this is just how these services tend to be sometimes.
