Did it help? Yeah, but next time I might try handling some issues solo
My experience with WFHI's support and communication has been practical but slightly mixed. When I first encountered a problem with the calling tools not registering calls properly, I reached out to telephonic support. The representative was polite and somewhat helpful, guiding me through basic troubleshooting steps that did manage to get the dialer running again. Yet, it felt like the support was limited to standard advice without deeper problem solving, which might have left some issues less resolved than I would have liked. On the positive side, communications were timely, and I never had to wait too long for a callback. However, for more complex problems, I suspect I’d need to spend additional time figuring things out myself or consulting the user forums. Additionally, the automatic software updates sometimes caused unexpected changes that were not clearly communicated in advance, which made me hesitant to rely purely on support for guidance during those periods. In general, the support did serve its purpose and got me back on track, so I wouldn't hesitate to contact them if necessary. Still, I feel the system is designed so that users develop a certain level of independence because staff assistance isn’t exhaustive. To a friend, I’d say that the support is decent enough if issues are straightforward, but if you expect continuous, deep help, be prepared to handle more by yourself. Overall, it did the job but didn’t blow me away.
