Did alright, but didn’t feel like a huge upgrade
I’ve been using WFHI’s software for remote workflows for a while now, and honestly, it’s a bit of a mixed bag compared to what I had before. Signing up was straightforward enough, and the initial onboarding didn’t cause any major friction. The dialer and calling tools worked fine most days, but sometimes the connection lagged a little, which slowed me down. The database is decent and integrates with my usual systems, but not as smoothly as I’d hoped. Automatic updates happened regularly and without fuss, so that part was hassle-free. On the support front, the phone help was okay, although not especially quick to answer every time I called. Invoicing and payments were clear, though I noticed a couple of minor discrepancies that took some time to sort out. Overall, the software does the job but hasn’t completely won me over. I think if you’ve been using something reliable already, WFHI doesn’t feel like a massive improvement, but it also doesn’t make things worse. It’s one of those setups where you get what you pay for—some useful features mixed with a few small annoyances that make you wish they were ironed out. I’ll keep using it for a bit longer to see if the little issues get fixed, but I’m not fully convinced it’s the best option out there yet.
