Dialer was a total letdown compared to others really

Honestly, I thought trying out this WFHI software would be a step up from some of the other tools I used before. Especially the dialer section, since I was told it’s designed for remote workflows and calling efficiency. But man, it was a huge disappointment. The dialer kept lagging during calls and sometimes dropped connections out of nowhere, which never happened with the software I had been accustomed to. The user interface wasn’t as intuitive as I expected either, making simple tasks take longer than they should. I also struggled with the database because it felt clunky and not well integrated with my workflow. The automatic updates didn’t help — they sometimes reset a bunch of settings I had painstakingly adjusted. Onboarding was more complicated than it needed to be; it lacked clear step-by-step orientation, so I had to figure a lot out myself, which slowed me down. The sign-up and payment process were okay though, at least straightforward and not confusing like other parts. Support was there, but it didn’t fill the gap caused by the software’s performance issues. I was hoping for something smoother but instead, I found this whole experience pretty frustrating compared to previous tools that just worked better for me.
