Dialer setup went smoothly but some tools felt less polished
Overall, I found the WFHI platform offered considerable improvements over some previously used workflow tools, especially with the dialer integration working quite well straight out of the box. This aspect of the software felt polished and reliable, which meant fewer disruptions during calling tasks. However, not all features impressed me equally. For example, the database management interface, while functional, did not seem as intuitive or responsive as I had expected based on other software I’d tried. It required a bit more digging to find certain functions and felt slower to update with new contact information. The onboarding process balanced straightforward sign-up and invoicing with some complexity during training where explanations around automatic updates and priority telephonic support could have been clearer. Still, the overall combination was useful, and I appreciate the effort to keep everything in one place. In conclusion, the dialer’s smooth operation was a highlight for me, but some other parts of the software seemed to lag behind in usability compared to alternatives. This mixed impression means I would recommend it with the caveat that new users should be prepared to adapt to some quirks.
