Dialer reliability was the only thing consistently good
Using WFHI daily, I noticed that while the dialer tool performed reliably without crashes or big delays, the other software features fluctuated in performance. Training sessions provided initial guidance, but day-to-day use showed gaps especially in database functions which sometimes lagged, causing workflow interruptions. Updates happened automatically but occasionally introduced new bugs that weren't immediately documented. Telephonic support was responsive but did not always resolve ongoing issues promptly. The sign-up and payment processes were fine and uncomplicated, which was one less worry. However, the onboarding experience left me expecting easier long-term handling of tasks, which did not fully materialize. I found myself repeating certain training modules because practical use brought up unexpected questions. While the dialer itself was a dependable tool throughout, the overall day-to-day experience felt inconsistent and required patience when things didn't go smoothly as expected. If only the backend features were as solid as the calling tools then my workflow might have improved significantly.
