Dialer performance was mostly disappointing
I had initially been hopeful about the dialer feature since it was a key selling point. However, over several weeks, the day-to-day experience fell short. The calls often dropped unexpectedly, and the interface was slow to respond, which slowed down my workflow considerably. On the bright side, the database integration seemed to work okay, syncing contact info decently, so I guess one component functioned as intended. Still, the overall software behavior didn’t align with my expectations from what was described during sign-up. Updates came automatically but didn’t address most of the recurring issues with connectivity and call stability. Also, reaching support over the phone was not straightforward, with long waits and occasional unavailability. It’s not that I dislike the concept or idea, but the practical usage felt clunky and sometimes frustrating. The invoicing and payment process was fine enough, clear and standard, but that isn’t enough to justify the daily disappointments. All this said, I recognize that software can behave differently across setups; maybe my experience is unique, yet I remain cautious about relying heavily on this system for steady calling work.
