After signing up, I appreciated the clear training modules but getting fully operational took longer than I expected. Setting up the calling tools was straightforward, yet integrating my contacts into their database feature wasn’t as intuitive as I hoped. The step-by-step guides helped, but some key information about the onboarding flow seemed scattered, causing me to spend extra time figuring things out myself. While the automatic updates ensured I had the latest software handy, the initial setup phase lacked certain explanations that could’ve sped things up. I felt that the telephonic support was reachable when needed, yet it didn’t always provide the most precise answers during early queries. Overall, it mostly did the job, yet a more streamlined start would have been helpful.
