Definitely won’t do it again due to slow responses
I was initially quite excited to try out WorkFromHomeIndia since remote workflow software seemed like a good fit for me. The sign-up process looked straightforward online and the product features promising. However, what I really struggled with was the responsiveness of their sales and pre-purchase support team. Whenever I called or tried to get more information about the billing and training options, there was a noticeable delay, sometimes stretching into hours or even a day before I got a clear answer. This made it difficult to proceed quickly or feel confident about moving forward. I had hoped the communications would be faster and more proactive given how crucial timely info is when choosing such software and services. Obviously, it’s frustrating when your questions aren’t addressed in time, especially if you’re trying to onboard smoothly and get started. Because of that experience, I would say I definitely won’t do it again or recommend WorkFromHomeIndia to someone who needs quick responses from sales or pre-purchase support.
