Definitely not confident after all that
I had some hopes when I first looked into WFHI’s offerings, but by the time I finished the sign-up and went through the sales process, I was less convinced. The pre-purchase discussions were polite and presented the product clearly, but I felt key details about what the software would or wouldn’t do remained vague. The payment and invoicing were handled efficiently without issues, which was one positive. However, the promotional material promised a smooth onboarding flow, yet I experienced delays getting proper access, and the follow-up communications were inconsistent. I could not shake off a small reservation that the service might not fully meet my needs based on how the initial contact and demo went. So my final impression is straightforward: I’m simply not confident this product was right for me, given everything that happened up until purchase completion.
