Jab maine WFHI ke software ka istemal shuru kiya, toh mujhe telephonic support ki zarurat padi. Jo bhi questions the mere liye, wo fairly straightforward aur samajhne ke liye achhi guidance mili. Support staff ne patience dikhaya aur har call mein koshish ki ki mera problem jaldi solve ho jaye. Main sure hoon ki agle mahine bhi agar mujhe koi dikkat aayegi toh main zaroor unse contact karunga. Invoicing process bhi simple aur transparent tha, jo mujhe pasand aaya. Training session se mujhe clarity mili ki kaise software ko better use kar sakta hoon. Automatic updates ne system ko fresh rakha, jo ek accha addition tha. Overall communications clear the aur mera confidence bana raha ki main is software ka regularly use karunga. Agar future mein support ka zarurat padega, toh main bina hesitation ke dubara contact karunga.
