Support team ne daily basis par kaafi quick replies di aur jab koi chhoti problem ayi, toh bol diya ki they will handle it immediately. Bahut bar maine contradictory expectations rakhi thi, but jo mila wo kaafi better tha. Main kehta hoon ki main definitely phir se yahi software aur training use karunga, kyunki ye regular basis par smooth communication aur helpful support kaafi bada faayda deta hai.
