Decoding the labels took more effort than expected
I was expecting the wording and labels in the software to be a bit more intuitive and straightforward, but that wasn’t always the case. When I first started using the calling tools and dialer, I spent quite a bit of time figuring out what different options meant versus what I assumed. It felt like some labels were a bit unclear or too technical for someone who isn’t deeply familiar with all the software jargon. I compared it to other platforms I’ve tried where everything seems more user-friendly right off the bat. Moreover, during telephonic support, I noticed the representative had to clarify these terms several times trying to align on what I actually needed. So, the effort it took to get comfortable with the naming and workflow shortcuts was higher than I imagined at first. That said, the system is definitely capable once understood; it just demands a learning curve that I wasn’t fully ready for initially.
