Deciphering labels and wording took some effort
During the sales and pre-purchase stage, I had to put in a bit of effort to understand the wording used for certain features and labels in the software and training platform. The sign-up and invoicing steps were generally clear, but some label terms related to the database and dialer functionalities seemed ambiguous at first. For example, phrases regarding automatic updates did not immediately indicate what was automated or how frequently changes would be implemented. The onboarding flow instructions were also a bit technical in language without simple explanations for users unfamiliar with remote workflow software. Although the telephonic support was accessible, I found myself having to seek clarifications several times to understand the proper steps. Overall, the effort needed to decipher some of the terms and labels added to the time taken before feeling comfortable with the software. If the wording were more straightforward and the labels self-explanatory, it would make the entire sales and training experience easier. Nevertheless, once the initial confusion passed, the process was manageable and the software functions became more intuitive.
