Decent training but left me unsure about confidence
The training was okay, giving me some basics but it really left me going into the work with uncertainty. On paper, the modules covered the key features but when it came to applying them practically, I struggled sometimes and didn’t feel fully confident. The support available was decent and sometimes helpful, but it didn’t fill all the gaps I had. The onboarding materials lacked real-life scenario practice which made me hesitant to rely solely on the software. One good thing was that the instructions were straightforward, so at least I could follow along. However, by the end of the training, my confidence remained low compared to what I had hoped for, which I think could be improved by more interactive or tailored training. Summing up, training gave me basics but didn’t build enough trust in the system for smooth operation.
