Decent support outcome but communication needed improvement
When I faced technical issues using the dialer, I contacted telephonic support. The representatives were polite and showed willingness to help, which I appreciated. However, the communication was sometimes unclear and I was often passed between different teams without a clear resolution path. Despite this, the final outcome was positive; the issue did get resolved after some back and forth. I found the support to be a bit slow and repetitive, but they maintained a fairly enthusiastic approach throughout. So while the experience was not seamless, in the end I was able to continue using the software effectively. I would say the support team is trying, but could definitely improve their clarity and efficiency for handling problems.
