Decent response, mixed results at end
I started off excited to get all my workflow tools sorted through WFHI. The signup process was fairly smooth, and I appreciated how quick the initial responses were whenever I had questions. However, as I moved on to exploring the dialer and call tools, things got a bit inconsistent. Sometimes the dialer would connect calls quickly and clearly, which was great, but on other days it lagged or dropped connections, which was frustrating. Their telephonic support is generally reachable, but there were moments when my call had to wait longer than I liked, and the priority assistance didn’t always seem as immediate as promised. The database feature seemed useful, and updates were automatic without me needing to intervene, which was a relief. Training sessions were approachable, helping me onboard more effectively, though I think some parts could be clearer or more intuitive. The invoicing and payments part was straightforward enough, with timely invoices, but I did notice some minor glitches in the dashboard that made tracking payments a bit confusing. Overall, some elements of the software and service worked well for me, especially the initial setup and learning curve, but others like call stability and support response timed out or needed a bit more polish. Definitely a mixed bag in usability, but I can see potential improvements could tip it more positively. I'd say if you want solid software with decent support but don’t expect perfection yet, WFHI might work out.
