Decent resources, but finding specifics was mixed
In my experience with the WFHI training and onboarding, I found both positive and negative aspects concerning how easy it was to find what I needed. On one hand, the materials were organized logically, and after some initial browsing, I could navigate the modules pretty well. The video tutorials were concise and helpful for understanding the main workflows, such as setting up telephonic support and configuring the dialer. However, several times I struggled to locate specific troubleshooting advice in the documentation, which slowed my progress when I encountered issues. The database section wasn't as clearly highlighted as I would have liked, requiring me to dig a bit more. On the other hand, the automatic updates worked smoothly in the background without much fuss, which was convenient. Payment and invoicing processes were straightforward, and the support was responsive when I reached out by phone. Overall, the training and onboarding resources combined a good range of information with occasional challenges in pinpointing certain details. My conclusion is neutral: not perfect, but not bad either, just decent enough to work with.
