Decent process but a bit repetitive at times
The pre-purchase interaction involved a fair bit of waiting on calls and repeated explanations of my setup. While the sales process was polite and professional, I found myself having to re-explain my workflow requirements more than once, which felt a little tedious. Despite this, the invoicing and payment steps went smoothly without delays. I would consider using their services again, but hope for less repetition and quicker communication next time. Overall, it was an okay experience with both positive and slightly frustrating moments.
