Decent patience required versus some quick steps
Signing up with WFHI and starting to use their offerings was a bit of a drawn-out experience, not as seamless as I’d hoped. The sales and pre-purchase communication took longer than I expected before I really got access to the software and training. It was okay once I actually got going—especially the invoicing and payment steps were clear and well laid out, which was one positive. However, the initial waiting period to get started impacted my ability to set up remote workflows quickly. I appreciate the practical nature of their training modules once accessible, but the duration from signup to real use felt a tad excessive. If speed is a priority, this might prove frustrating. Despite all that, the dialing tool and database features worked decently during the first couple of weeks, so there was some value. In total, a mixed experience where reasonable functionality was offset by delays in getting everything up and running.
