Decent hours coverage was the only good point
The sales process for WFHI’s product was clunky and didn’t really fit with my actual working hours. Their available service times seemed quite rigid and often clashed with when I was free to work or train. Despite this inflexibility, I admit the sign-up and invoicing were straightforward enough and clear to navigate. However, I found the selling points during pre-purchase a bit overpromised compared to how it really operated in practice. The hours they suggested were workable in theory but felt off when matching them to my schedule, which caused frustration. Overall, I wasn’t convinced the product design considered diverse user timings, which made me doubt the value offered. The one positive I can grant is that the initial contact to complete transactions went smoothly without any billing issues. Still, the mismatch on availability outweighed the decent payment process in my view.
