Most of the necessary info about software features and benefits was available, which was helpful to weigh options. However, a small reservation I have is that some technical terms around the calling tools and database features could have been explained a bit more clearly. I did eventually locate the training outline and onboarding steps, which gave a decent sense of what to expect post-purchase. Pricing details and payment terms were also reasonably visible without needing too much digging. Overall, my verdict on the pre-purchase experience is quite neutral: it served the purpose but lacked some clarity for complete newcomers. Still, I appreciated the main materials and that the sign-up process appeared straightforward.
