Decent effort needed to get training done

Working through the training required a moderate amount of personal effort. Much of the basic material was easy to follow and laid out clearly, but I did find myself needing to figure out how to best use the calling tools and access some features of the software on my own. The self-paced approach helps those willing to dig in but can be challenging if you prefer guided instruction. Overall, the onboarding was manageable, and once I understood the flow, it all became more intuitive. I’d say it’s a fair balance between independence and guided training, with just a small hiccup where extra help would have helped.
