Jo process hai, wo thoda outdated lag sakta hai unke software se pehle jo maine try kiya tha, especially sign-up aur invoice milne mein. Pehle mujhe jyada immediate updates mile the aur payment confirmation bhi jaldi aata tha. Yahan mujhe thodi der wait karni padti thi, aur kabhi kabhi automatic updates thik se nahi reflect hua. Lekin dusri taraf, dialer aur calling tools ka integration acha tha, aur database features ke saath kaafi smoothly chali sab cheezein. Telephonic support bhi available tha, par wo us speed ya clarity ke saath nahi mila jo main expect karti thi. Overall mujhe lagta hai ki agar aap bahut demanding nahi ho payment process ko lekar, toh ye software thik rahega. Mere liye thoda frustrating raha, par waisa bhi nahi ki main bilkul disappoint ho gayi. To verdict simple hai: average experience, kuch cheezein par nasamajh mein thodi kami.
